Prof. Ramakant Pandey

Prof. Ramakant Pandey is currently working as Director, Central Sanskrit University, Bhopal Campus, Bhopal, India.

Since 2012 to 2019, Prof. Pandey has been the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthaan’s Director of Distance Learning, officially known as Central Sanskrit University. From 2012 to 2019, he served as the Dean of Distance Education. He has received multiple honours from various organisations, including the Madhya Pradesh Sanskrit Academy, among others. In New Delhi’s Sahitya Academy, Prof. Pandey serves on the Sanskrit Advisory Committee. Prof. Pandey has authored 175 research papers and 65 books. He received invitations to Swami Vivekanand Cultural Center in Kathmandu, Nepal, and Silpakorn University in Thailand. He has given numerous lectures at colleges all around the nation. More than 100 national and international research conferences have been attended by Prof. Pandey. On the occasion of World Sanskrit Day, which falls on August 12, 2022, ISC is honored to present Dr. Satya Pal Singh the Surbharati Samupasak Samman 2022 in appreciation of his exceptional professional contributions over these years.
